CFR has partnered with Whitewater Crossing to provide the loan for their Phase 2 expansion. Anticipating their attendance to average 2,100 by 2016, their current 42,000 square foot building is inadequate in the adult worship and children’s areas to support such growth. The expansion project will include the construction of additional facilities for an adult worship space that accommodates at least 1,200 in one gathering, additional kids and student worship and classroom space, and enough parking capacity to accommodate the applicable number of cars at one gathering.
