Executive pastors, register today for the 2025- XP Cohort with Intentional Churches featuring Melissa Sandel of WestSide Christian Church. Topics will focus on equipping XPs with 12 Domains of an Effective Executive Pastor. Space is limited to 13 attendees to enhance individual participation.
This cohort will start with an onsite meeting at CFR’s office in Lake Mary, FL, with a limit of 13 executive pastors. After the onsite, participants will have regularly scheduled 90-minute monthly group calls, each teaching about a new tool and time for individual coaching. Participants would need to commit to these calls, as they represent at least half of the content and connection offered by a cohort.

For the last 20 years, Melissa Sandel has served on staff at West Side Christian Church in Springfield, IL. As a senior leader, she focuses on overseeing West Side’s ministry staff and strategy. While her greatest kingdom passion is serving her own local church, Melissa also enjoys coaching executive pastors, serving as a facilitator for Intentional Churches (an organization that helps churches maximize their kingdom impact) and building up future leaders as a Ministry Coach for Milligan University’s Ministry Leadership Program. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Divinity from Lincoln Christian University. She and her husband, Chris, love parenting their two children: Jack (age 15) and Aly (age 12).

The cohort will begin with an onsite meeting at CFR’s Lake Mary, Florida office. After the initial meetings, the cohort will continue with regularly scheduled meetings via Zoom.
The first session will start at 3:00 pm on Monday; the last session concludes Wednesday at noon.
