Islands Christian Church has grown from an average worship attendance of 200 to 300 the last two years.  With the new growth has come more income.  The church desired to pay off their loan and become debt free but worried about using up all of their reserves.  CFR provided them a line of credit so that they could pay off their current lender in full.  Islands has not yet had to use the line of credit but knowing it was available allowed them to become debt free for the first time in almost two decades.
