Rob Pease
Rob Pease accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer at CFR in 2020. Rob grew up overseas while his parents were missionaries to Mali, West Africa with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He previously served with another church loan fund for nearly three decades, where he oversaw operations, marketing, information technology, and more. He received his MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.
Rob and his wife, Robin, have two married daughters, two young sons, and two grandchildren. He enjoys being a grandpa, scuba diving in Florida, snowboarding in Colorado, camping, and motorcycling.
