Becca Hipes
Becca is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial lending. She began her journey with CFR in January 2015, serving six years in the Loan Department. After a brief stint in the FinTech industry, she rejoined as Vice President of Lending in April 2023. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas and has grown up attending The Foundry Church in Winter Springs, Florida.
Throughout her career, Becca has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the lending landscape. Her expertise in process optimization, attention to detail, and passion for data-driven decision-making have helped her to deliver outstanding results.
Becca is dedicated to creating community and volunteering in downtown Sanford, Florida, where she has achieved her dream of owning a historic home.
